Research indicates users prefer having consolidated financial resources at their fingertips. In short: a comprehensive fintech app, where they can see and act on every financial aspect of their lives.

Though - like life - design is hardly a linear process. The second-to-last Iterative Refinements step proves this (shown below).
On the other hand, this project was also based on a comprehensive brief that asked for an end-to-end responsive web app designed from scratch. For this reason, the project followed a Double Diamond process under the Design Thinking paradigm. This approach proved crucial: to extract as much possible research data to support distinguishing features, which could then position the product favorably in a relatively saturated fintech market.
