Downtown Congestion Reduction Plan

Project Summary
Begun in 2015, the purpose of the Lafayette Downtown Congestion Reduction Plan was to formulate policies and projects to address traffic congestion issues in Downtown Lafayette. These issues were previously identified as part of a focused study that preceded the Plan.

As the Transportation Planner for the City, I led this planning effort, serving as primary point of contact and project manager. To help develop this plan the City also retained primary consultant, Arup, a world-renowned architecture, engineering, and design firm.
